IZMO Ar: Architecture & Design is an international design and drafting company originally founded in Cuenca, Ecuador, in 2000 by Teodoro Fabián Izquierdo and Mónica Katherine Izquierdo. The company expanded operations to the United States in 2021 and is registered in the State of Florida under the name IZMO Ar: Architecture & Design.

In the State of Florida, IZMO Ar: Architecture & Design provides interior design, drafting, visualization, and design coordination services only. The company does not offer or provide architectural or engineering services as defined under Florida Statutes Chapter 481, and nothing herein shall be construed as the practice of architecture or engineering.

Any architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or engineering services required for a project are expressly excluded from the scope of services and must be provided by properly licensed Florida professionals, retained separately by the Client. IZMO Ar: Architecture & Design may coordinate with such licensed professionals for the integration of their signed and sealed documents into a project set but does not exercise professional judgment reserved for licensed architects or engineers.

The objective of IZMO Ar: Architecture & Design is to deliver creative, client-specific design concepts and high-quality drafting and visualization services that support each project’s aesthetic and functional goals, while maintaining full compliance with applicable Florida laws and professional licensing requirements.
